Check it Out!!
So we went to a Dragon*Con conference in Atlanta this past weekend, and had a blast I might add. We took a ton of pictures, but I'm only going to post the ones that we got taken with famous people!! Kevin Sorbo has been in several movies along with playing Hercules on the TV show. Alan Tudyk is from A Knight's Tale/I, Robot/Serenity/Firefly and many more and Summer Glau is from Serenity/Firefly/ had a small part on Angel and is currently in The 4400 and finally The Ghosthunters. It was really awesome and they were all really nice.

So Daniel is a Browncoat huh? Austin informed me that this is what they call people who are into FireFly. It was really cool seeing them. Apprently someone from the cast has come every year for the past four years. From what I understand, they made the movie b/c so many people were obsessed with bringing the show back.
Thank you for the compliment. I don't know anything I've done too recently but in July my cousin highlighted my hair, and it just gave it lighter look.
How many weeks do you have left? Our next door neighbors (Ashlee and Lance) had a little boy a couple of weeks ago. I ran into Ashlee yesterday, and she gave me the scoop. I hope you enjoy the other picture I posted.

I have about 8 weeks from Monday - Nov 13th is the scheduled date....
maybe next time you will have to tell me when this conference is so I can surprise Daniel with tickets and we can all go together - maybe even dress up - Austin still has his costumes from high school, right? ha ha... :)

Well, the conference is every year on Labor Day weekend (really it starts the Friday before and lasts thru Monday) and if you buy tickets in advance they are around $45 a piece and they go up in price the closer you get to labor day. That is for a four day pass. You can also just pay for 3 or 2 or even a single day, but the 4 day pass is a better price. Anyway by the date of the conference you pay $85 per ticket. That's not really a problem though. It's just getting hotel rooms close by. The conference actually takes place in the Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton b/c it's so huge. We stayed in the Marriott this year, and it's expensive but definitely worth it to just be able to walk up to your room if you needed too. It was really alot of fun. I think ya'll would love it. You can get on Dragoncon.com and look up all the info and they post pics there too.
I was surprised when I found out they were pregnant too. I think they've only been married a little over a year. They moved in next door last Thanksgiving, but we never see each other. I actually ran into Ashlee at Wal-Mart.

I forgot to tell you that we went with two friends of ours from the coast that have gone for the last 7 years. They're Eternal Members, and after we showed all the pics to Ben and Melissa, they started thinking about going too. It took us 4 years to get there. We've been planning on going with Jaime and Ken ever since they told us about it a few years ago. Now that we've been though I can almost guarantee we will be going back every year. LOL
